Lyons DMV

I had an appointment but had no idea whom to let know I was there. I almost took a number I was so confused. The lady ahead of me with an appointment told me she waited 35 minutes before she figured out she had to go to the appt. window, interrupt the person there and tell her she was there and then she was seen. I had to do the same thing. There were a lot of people with numbers waiting and waiting. I actually got to the appointment window and was seen only 5 minutes late. The people were really nice and pleasant at the windows. There was a real lack of signage telling people what to do though. It was very confusing.

Great experience. I made an appointment to get an enhanced drivers license and renew and the service was exceptional. In and out in 10 minutes.

Unbelievable that it went so fast. The agent was fantastic. I will never understand why people don’t want to make a reservation.

I could not get into it to take the permit test

called on time , very pleased with service I will always use in person visit again.

This was my very first visit to Lyons DMV. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:15 am, I was called at 10:20 am. The lady behind the counter was very polite, courteous and cooperative. I accomplished everything needed in about 10 minutes. Very pleased.
