Lisa (window 2) was extremely helpful and patient with my conversion to an enhanced license, particularly since my name varies slightly on my identifying docs. I greatly appreciate the time and effort she put in to straightening everything out.

The process went very smoothly (I had an appointment). The person I worked with was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about my need for a new license. The waiting area was fairly packed, but I thought the experience was pretty pleasant overall. The drive is a little long for me, but I'd definitely consider Lyons as an option for future DMV tasks.
