I didn’t catch window 2’s name but she was super helpful with my renewal of my license. Having an appointment helped as well. In and out in about 15 minutes.

Jenn @ window 6 is amazing! She has so much patience and she offered me all the help I needed. I cannot thank her enough for her support during my visit. The entire Lyons DMV is really amazing.

I had an appointment with window #2, however window #1’s appointment had not shown up. The woman graciously decided she would get me started (ended up start to finish)! It was a very smooth easy process, from start to finish. This poor woman was having a really sad day with the anniversary of the death of her husband 10!years and also remembering losing her son a year ago. And still after having a rough Friday morning (DMV) people are rude, impatient & who knows what else, she was kind, friendly and did her job quickly and I was in and out. Well done mam!!!! Hoping the best for you!!!!!

Very positive experience. I had an appointment, went right to the window and in and out in 15 minutes. Staff were all pleasant and knowledgeable. Worth the drive!

Come to this location from Webster on more than one occasion because staff is so much better than Monroe county.

My husband had an appt for 9/1 and mine was 9/2. I took a number and got right in while my husband had his appt great!!!

I had made an appointment online and had a couple of transactions to do. Lisa was very helpful and efficient. I was done and out of there in 15 minutes
