Had an appointment to get my enhanced license and all went smoothly except I had submitted my application online with all the documents and was approved but didn't print out my application luckily I had all my original documents with me and just had to fill out another application. My appointment went smoothly and I believe Lisa was who handled it and she was very friendly and helpful

The Teller at window #1 was very friendly and courteous. I had an appointment for 10:00 and it went very smoothly and quickly

I had a 2:00 appointment for an enhanced license. The people behind the glass did a fantastic job of getting me through the process. They were very polite considering how many people they had to deal with at the DMV. Making the appointment enable me to go right to the enhanced window. No line. Very pleased with this process.
