Wonderful experience renewing my driver’s license. My dmv clerk, Lisa, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The appointment service was great. My waiting time was minimal.

Scheduled an appt online, got there 15 minutes early. They called me right up and I was out of there ten minutes before my appt was even scheduled. So organized and friendly!

The male clerk that renewed my new drivers licence was very polite and informative.

Visited Lyons DMV today. I must say the booking an appointment process was quick and easy to do. Appointment was on time. I must complement the clerk who took care of me. Her name is Lisa B. She was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. She explained each step in the process before she did it and was very friendly. I am very impressed. Thank you

Didn’t catch the clerk’s name at window 2 appointments only. I am an impatient person, and the process of upgrading my license to an enhanced license went quickly and smoothly. I would recommend always make an appointment to renew your license. The clerk was courteous and professional.

The process went quite smoothly by having an appointment. Certainly went faster than a walk in. My husband and I were in and out within a half hour. The clerk was professional and courteous.

I was very pleased with the woman who waited on me. I do not remember her name. She was working at the information window sometime around 11:00 today, 9/16.
She helped me understand that I didn't need all of the papers or Social Security card or Passport.
Also she helped me with directions that would get me to Route 104 faster than using Route 14!
She is the BEST.

Emily is the absolute best! She is such a sweetheart and so nice to deal with! She needs a big fat raise!
